Clinical Research
Analysis Data Model (ADaM)

ANALYSIS DATA MODEL (ADAM)

Analytics and Reporting

The Analysis Data Model (ADaM), developed by CDISC, provides the standard structure for organizing and analyzing clinical trial data. While SDTM focuses on submission-ready datasets, ADaM enables the creation of analysis-ready datasets that support statistical reporting, regulatory review, and generation of Tables, Listings, and Graphs (TLGs).

AI in Data Analytics

AI IN DATA ANALYTICS

Analytics and Reporting

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the way data is processed, analyzed, and interpreted across industries — and healthcare and clinical research are no exception. From predictive modeling and natural language processing (NLP) to automation of routine analytics, AI is enabling faster insights and better decision-making.

Clinical Research
CDISC Standards – Overview

CDISC STANDARDS – OVERVIEW

Analytics and Reporting

The CDIS program introduces learners to the core principles, models, and implementation frameworks of CDISC standards. It provides the foundation needed to understand how raw trial data is transformed into submission-ready datasets that meet FDA, EMA, and PMDA requirements.

Clinical Research
Study Data Tabulation Model

STUDY DATA TABULATION MODEL

Analytics and Reporting

In clinical research, standardized data submission is critical for regulatory approval. The Study Data Tabulation Model (SDTM), developed by the Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC), is the global standard for organizing and formatting clinical trial data submitted to regulatory agencies such as the FDA and PMDA.

Clinical Research
Tables, Listings, and Graphs

The TLGS program provides learners with practical knowledge of creating and validating TLG outputs using ADaM datasets. It is an essential training module for statistical programmers and biostatisticians aiming to deliver submission-ready reports that meet global regulatory expectations.

THE ROLE OF SAS PROGRAMMER

SAS is widely used in clinical trial data analysis in pharmaceutical, biotech and clinical research companies. SAS programmers play an important role in clinical trial data analysis. In addition to doctors and clinicians who collect clinical trial data, the group conducting data analysis includes statisticians, clinical data managers (CDMs) and SAS programmers. Statisticians provide the ideas and methods of the data analysis; clinical data managers manage the collected data and control the data quality. In between, SAS programmers implement the analysis methods on the collected data and provide the study summary tables, data listing and graphs to the statisticians and for clinicians to write a study report.
